The Scope
Collaborate in the planning, design, implementation and support of appropriate solutions for FSC’s IT Business applications and Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP)The incumbent also performs system administration tasks, troubleshooting and upgrade activities in collaboration with IT service providers.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Cross functional teams to Gather, analyze and document user technology requirements and participate in projects to develop, upgrade and improve FSC’s applications and platforms.
Analyze potential technology solutions options and designs to provide technical support and assistance in collaboration with business users, process owners and implementation partners.
Provide technical support to internal and external facing users in identifying, analyzing patterns in commonly occurring problems affecting multiple business users and stakeholders.
Undertake and support application configuration for approved change requests ensuring appropriate documentation as part of development and release management.
Coordinate and conduct QA and UAT testing for new system modules, functionality, enhancements and improvement for FSC's applications and technology solutions.
Provide training to application end users and external facing stakeholders. Systems administration, maintenance and support for enterprise business IT applications
Provide specialist skills (including ERP System Administration, Personio, Microsoft Office 365, DevOps SharePoint, Drupal and Dynamics CRM) to support resolution of incidents, service requests bugs, and problems arising from the deployment and enhancements of FSC's applications and platforms in coordination with implementation partners.
Take ownership, progress, escalate, and follow through to satisfactory resolution for all identified and assigned application and platform related bugs, incidents, problems and service requests.
Any other task as assigned by formal supervisor and project work as assigned according to special organizational needs.
Your profile
Education and Training:
University degree or Higher-Level education or in Information systems, Computer science, Information technology or related field.
Successfully completed ITIL training.
Working Experience, Style and Skills:
Professional experience in rolling out and supporting IT applications, ERP modules and functionality.
Experience in training end users and providing end user support.
Very good knowledge and practical usage of Microsoft DevOps.
A strong sense for diligence, accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform well while handling simultaneously a number of support functions.
Language and Communication Skills:
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to convey information clearly to users and grasp perceived difficulties.

The Fine Print
Location: Bonn, Germany.
Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible, subject to satisfactory performance).
