We are looking for an Administrative student assistant and a Communications student assistant with solid expertise and a passion for FSC’s mission to work with us in a multinational environment. FSC is seeking two Student Assistants to provide vital support to our Communications team.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative student assistant
Maintain and update the Communications Team’s Trello board to ensure task visibility and workflow coordination.
Liaise with communications team members and communications regional staff to keep Trello and other asset-sharing tools populated with appropriate content.
Support asset translation as needed.
Support campaign implementation as needed.
Monitor and manage the general communications inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics and documentation are in place.
Minute all communications meetings.
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, including travel coordination, venue booking, and preparation of materials.
Support other administrative and communication tasks as needed to ensure smooth functioning of the Communications Team.
Communications student assistant
Handle internal social media requests and help to produce engaging creative copy, multimedia content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok in liaison with other units and agencies.
Support with scheduling and disseminating content as needed.
Maintain and update an internal Social Media Team’s Trello board to ensure task visibility and workflow coordination.
Maintain and update an external Social Media Team’s Trello board to ensure content accessibility within the FSC Global Network.
Help with monitoring and moderating online engagement and liaising with relevant leads for accurate responses.
Flag negative Social Media content to the SoMe manager and act as advised.
Support procurement process for all social media related independent service providers.
Support with curating and managing the monthly and yearly content plans.
Support with producing monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics reports.
Support with running ads on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Your profile
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in communications, public relations, marketing, or digital design. Can also be enrolled in business administration with a demonstrated strong interest in communications and social media.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn new planning technology tools.
Mandatory experience in Canva and SoMe content production and scheduling tools.
Experience with Trello is a plus.
Excellent social media content development skills for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta, and X.
Strong interest in digital communications and marketing.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in Spanish and French is highly desirable.
The Fine Print
Location: Bonn, Germany.
Working Hours: Part-time - 20 hours (ideally across 3- 5 days per week).
Duration of Employment: 12 months, with an opportunity to extend.
Starting Date: As soon as possible.
