People & Culture Business Partner (m-f-d)

The Scope

We are looking for an engaged People & Culture Business Partner who brings solid expertise and a passion for FSC’s mission, to work with us in a multinational environment. This person will advise managers and employees in an international context, provide guidance and support solutions through to implementation.

 

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will be a sparring partner for managers and employees on complex personnel and organisational issues. Working with the People Operations team, you will provide clarity, structure decisions and ensure that solutions are implemented effectively.

Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Advising managers on organisational, role, team and leadership issues.
  • Supporting employees in complex personnel-related situations.
  • Structuring HR issues across country and cultural boundaries.
  • Balancing global HR guidelines with local legal and cultural conditions.
  • Preparing decision-making options and supporting implementation.
  • Working closely with People Operations, Legal and Finance.
  • Contributing to global HR frameworks (e.g. job architecture, performance processes).
Your profile
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR business partnering or a comparable HR role.
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership and employee relations.
  • Solution- and system-oriented approach to work.
  • Clear, empathetic and confident communication style.
  • Fluent English and a professional level of German is required.
  • Experience in the use of digital tools and AI is an advantage.

The Fine Print
  • Location: Bonn, Germany.
  • Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
  • Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible, subject to satisfactory performance). 
  • Starting Date: As soon as possible.
