The Scope
We are looking for a Talent Management & Performance Manager to help us redefine how performance and development are experienced across our global organization. This is a high-impact, international role where you will lead the rollout of FSC’s new Performance Management Framework and play a key role in shaping how our people grow, develop, and contribute to a more sustainable world.

Main Roles & Responsibilities
Design and roll out FSC’s Performance Management Framework, embedding a consistent, values-based approach across regions while respecting local context.
Own the annual performance cycle, ensuring clear communication, intuitive tools, and strong guidance for managers and employees.
Empower leaders and managers by advising on goal setting, performance metrics, and meaningful performance and development conversations.
Build capability at scale by designing and delivering engaging learning sessions, workshops, and practical toolkits on performance management topics.
Ensure fairness and consistency in performance reviews across units and regions, promoting transparency and trust.
Implement and continuously improve FSC’s performance management system (Personio) and future digital tools, in close collaboration with PCU Operations and IT.
Turn data into insight, creating dashboards and performance analytics that inform leadership development, career pathways, succession planning, and organizational decision-making.
Strengthen future readiness by supporting skills gap analysis, identifying high-potential talent, and contributing to FSC’s capability and competency frameworks.
Connect performance and development, working closely with the Learning & Development Manager to ensure learning, growth, and performance are fully aligned.
Continuously improve our approach by evaluating effectiveness, incorporating feedback, and adapting to organizational and external changes.
Ensure compliance of the Performance Management Framework with local labor legislation across countries.
Your profile
You bring experience from a large, international organization and have hands-on expertise in performance management, talent management, and/or learning and development. You are comfortable leading change, working across cultures, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Location: Bonn, Germany.
Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years
