We are looking for an engaged People Engagement Lead who brings solid expertise and a passion for FSC’s mission, to work with us in a multinational environment.

The People Engagement Lead is a key architect of organisational engagement, resilience, culture, and change at FSC. This role goes beyond traditional HR or internal communications: it is about shaping how people experience FSC, how organisational resilience is strengthened, and how insight is translated into meaningful, sustainable action.

As a core member of the People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in enabling FSC’s success by combining change leadership, employee engagement, and resilience-focused people insights. You will design and implement engagement strategies grounded in FSC’s values, supporting adaptability, wellbeing, and sustained performance across the organisation.

Employee Engagement, Experience & Resilience Measurement
  • Design and evolve FSC’s engagement and resilience measurement framework, combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Translate engagement, wellbeing, and resilience data into clear, actionable organisational priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen psychological safety, adaptability, and sustainable workload practices.

Organisational Resilience & Insight Integration
  • Integrate engagement, wellbeing, retention, learning, and performance data to assess organisational resilience.
  • Identify trends and signals related to workforce sustainability, risk, and change readiness.
  • Provide clear insights, narratives, and tracking to support continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.

  • Significant experience in employee engagement, organisational development, change leadership, organisational health, resilience, or related roles — ideally in complex, multicultural, mission-driven environments.
  • Proven experience translating engagement or resilience insights into sustainable organisational actions.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to connect quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations.
  • Experience supporting organisations through change while strengthening wellbeing and adaptability.
  • Excellent facilitation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong ownership.
